OS 4.0 Beta 4 is Here!
The next version of OS 4.0, beta number 4 is on the way!
We will hopefully see some bug fixes, new features and near full functionality of 3rd party multitasking. Some apps will obviously need to be updated so support the new code. This is one step closer to the software we will all have on our devices in the coming months. Of course another round of hacking will ensue and so the “cat and mouse” game continues!
Apple’s servers are reportedly slammed at the moment but we will keep you posted with new features and news on the crack. Famous Jailbreaking Guru @ih8sn0w, has already posted on Twitter that he expects to have the “keys” available soon. These “keys” are hashes that allow the Developers to decrypt the firmware and begin to develop a jailbreak. Update: Within the hour of 4.0 beta 4 being seeded to developers, @ih8sn0w has made the decrypt keys public. Additionally, according to trusted @musclenerd, the expiration of beta software remains at June 15.
We once again encourage everyone to get their hashes on file in Cydia, if for nothing else, to give you options in the near future.

I’m waiting now new features and bug fixes list on iPhone OS 4 beta 4…
Even if it’s a beta version, JailBreak is again in wait because it will be a serious requirement for already jailbroken iPhone owners on iPhone OS 3.1.x versions!!!
I hope Comex’ ‘Spirit’ will be updated quickly on iPhone OS 4 Released version!!!

Have iPod touch 3g and I want to try the new firmware 4.0.1 and jailbreak with redsnow but i heard that 3g users have to wait
