I have the pixel line on the top left and right of the screen when I reboot the phone. I lost the ability to send SMS pictures and I can’t FaceTime
I have the iPhone 4 with 4.0.1 and it broke the 2nd time I clicked the link. MMS and FaceTime were gone at first. A directory patch was quickly release which resolved MMS right away but I had to re-enable FT in Settings>Phone. So far so good. Restored all my apps from a Rock backup.
I am getting the pixel line at the top on reboot too
tried at least 50 times. still crashing to springboard. any idea why ?

u can restore ur iphone, update it. activate with att sim, run jailbreakme.com. that should fix facetime mms issue.
Guess I got lucky as mine worked without a restore but my buddy had to restore for it to work.
Jailbroke Iphone version 4.0 … worked great. However, can only do an itunes (v9.2.1.4) sync and cannot perform a itunes backup or rename iphone etc??? Bug??
So if I use jailbreakme it will let teather to my computer? I currently have 3.1.2 jailbroken with teathering enable, so I don’t want to lose that if I upgrade and re-jailbreak my 3gs?

@Alex if you save your shsh and restore back to 3.1.2 then you can rejailbreak with Spirit and use tethering
You need to get the app from cydia first if you want to tether without paying AT&T.
After jailbreaking my iPhone 4 (4.0.1) with jailbreakme.com I can not save images from within safari. after long pressing on an image the dialog for “save” come up, but the image is not added to the camera roll. Anyone else having this problem?
