iOS 4 confirmed UNLOCKABLE

MuscleNerd of the Dev-team announced that iOS 4, set to arrive next week, is confirmed unlockable . The news came out earlier today when MuscleNerd posted on his twitter saying it was possible to unlock the iOS 4 even on the iPhone 4.

@htetard yep…the final 4.0 next week will be an even later version and is confirmed unlockable (possibly iPhone 4 too)

MuscleNerd last week also posted about the unlocks coming this month. Well, we’ll be posting about it as soon as we hear more from the devs.  Stay tuned.

    Unlock coming on July 25? How about iPhone 3.1.3 baseband 6.4?

    Seeing as though you still have to buy the. iPhone 4 from ATT I don’t understand how unlocking iPhone is usefull unless you go to Europe or Canada maybe (I don’t know how apple organized the unlock)

    but yes I would like to see an unlock of 5.12.01
