Purplera1n

The guy is a genius, he was the first person to hardware unlock an iPhone. He started a little known blog when he first was donated an iPhone for unlocking testing. His very first post:

Thanks to jpetrie, who donated an iPhone to the cause, I have an iPhone to take apart. I will be posting to this blog as I take it apart and discover things.

There are rumors everywhere about an update to iOS 4 already and a new user-land jailbreak found by @comex for iOS 4.0.
iPhone OS 4.0

The antenna problem has mounted such an outcry that Apple will release a software “fix” for this apparent hardware issue as soon as tomorrow, Monday, June 28.
